I am a Principal Research Fellow and Director, Research and Innovation at the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS). My research interests span across, governance of technologies, digital innovation, gender, renewable energy, climate change policy, and science technology and innovation among others. I have experience in capacity building, research and policy analysis focusing on these thematic research areas. She holds a PhD degree from the UK in Development Policy and Practice discipline focusing on governance on new technologies. I am the Secretary General of the African Network for the Economics of Learning, Innovation, and Competence Building Systems (AfricaLics – www.africalics.org).
