Diana Elena Neaga is Lecturer of Political Science, Faculty of International Relations and Public Administration, Nicolae Titulescu University, Bucharest, Romania member of the editorial board of Analize - Journal of Gender and Feminist Studies (www.analize-journal.ro) and since 2021 is the president of AnA Society For Feminist Analyses NGO. She is also teaching gender studies classes (gender and citizenship, gender equality in the E.U, gender mainstreaming in public policies) at the two gender studies MA programs in Romania – at the National School of Political Science and Public Administration and University of Bucharest.
Form April 2021 she is the personal adviser of the Secretary of State that is coordinating the National Agency of Equal Opportunities between Women and Men, the main Romanian equality body. She has published articles in international peer-reviewed journals and books, among which:
