Martina Schraudner is Professor of Gender and Diversity in Technology and Product Development at the Technical University of Berlin and has established the Fraunhofer Center for Responsible Research and Innovation, where she is Scientific Director. She is concerned with methods, instruments and processes that make different perspectives accessible and usable for innovation processes. From 2018 to 2021, she was a member of the executive board of the German Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech e.V.). As a member of the Board of Directors of the International Gender Summit and as director of the EU's Gendered Innovation Website, she has extensive experience in transferring scientific results to the wider stakeholder community in science. She is currently conducting the ‘Workshop Discussions on Change’ series, which accompanies the German President's visits to places undergoing transformation.
