INSPIRE CoP Article

The Latin America Community of Practices has just released a publication titled “Intersectionality: Reflections on Its Implications for Gender Equality Policies in Latin American Universities.”

https://zenodo.org/records/17198253

This publication was developed based on reflection and analysis around the concept of intersectionality, which has gained growing interest in academic circles and certain political arenas, spurring debates about its characterization and its potential for institutional transformation. Through the articles it includes, different perspectives are presented on the need for and feasibility of incorporating an intersectional approach into gender equality plans and policies at Latin American universities. These reflections stem from the work carried out by the Latin America Community of Practice (CoP LAC) within the framework of the INSPIRE project (2022–2026).
