Currently, I work as a gender equality expert and lecturer in the Centre for Gender and Science at the Institute of Sociology of the Czech Academy of Sciences. I obtained my PhD in History and Philosophy of Science. In my field of expertise I focus on institutional changes and gender equality promotion in research and HEI institutions through gender equality plans. I am involved in the CZERA project aimed at supporting and educating of both scientific community and the general public regarding gender equality topics at scientific institutions in the Czech Republic.
